New Bike for my Birthday

Today, I got to test out my new big boy bike that I got for my birthday. I am still figuring out how the peddles work and how hard I have to push off of my legs. I am getting better and better with it. Next time Mommy says that I have to wear my helmet. This morning we went to the park to hang out with a lot of other kids from playgroup and church. I had a lot of fun playing at the park. I played on the playground equipment and then we played baseball for a few minutes. Then I headed to the tennis court to play basketball. Then I got eat my picnic lunch with lots of other kids. We shared what we had to eat. Then it was time to play in the sand. Mommy and I stayed at the park for over 2 and half hours. It was a very fun time.

Grandpa and Grandma Van Hill came for a visit last weekend. They arrived on Saturday afternoon and stayed until Tuesday morning. We had a blast playing outside with them and they even took me to Pizza Ranch on Monday as a birthday present. Soon after they arrived I got to open my birthday present it was a digger to play with in my sandbox! I played with it out in the snow and the sandbox while they were here. I also got a very funny book called 4 Pups and a Worm. Mommy has to read it to me at least two to three times a day. I tired Grandpa and Grandma out by making the play with me on the floor all day. We also dug more tunnels in the snow piles outside. Mommy's goal is to have them gone by April 1 and we all have been working hard on making that happen. Grandpa help a lot with getting the snow pile gone and the whole time he was teasing Mommy it was funny. Mommy also made another cake to celebrate my birthday and Daddy's birthday that is still coming up this month. It was yummy! On Monday, we went for lunch to Pizza Ranch and then to the thrift stores around the area. I got a new Little People movie! The next day I got to stay home with them while both Mommy and Daddy had to go out and do different things. When Mommy got home Grandpa and Grandma had to drive home to South Dakota.

Before Grandpa and Grandma got to our house I got my BIG BARN this was my present for learning how to go potty on the big potty. I was very excited about getting it. I love playing with it and all the animals.

Happy Birthday To ME!!!!

Yesterday, turned 3 Years Old!

This past weekend Grandpa Buck and Grandma Sara came to help us celebrate my birthday they showed up early on Friday afternoon. I was sleeping when they got here. I was so excited when I woke up and they were already here. Mommy and Grandma Sara were decorating my barn cake when I woke up. Grandma Sara then took me outside for a few minutes while Mommy finished up the barn cake.

Grandpa Buck made homemade pizza for all of us. Mommy was so excited that she didn't have to cook and the pizza turned out great. We watched movies while we had our Friday night pizza. It took a long time for me to settle down that night. I finally fell asleep after 10:00 that night with Daddy holding me. It was a long night for everyone.

On Saturday morning Grandpa Buck made bacon and eggs for all of us. Then I played with Grandpa Buck, while Mommy and Grandma Sara went shopping in Fond du Lac. Grandpa Buck and I played downstairs in the basement and then we played trucks in my room. I think I tired Grandpa out with all the playing we did. After lunch we got to eat my barn cake and then it was time for nap. When I woke up from my nap I got to open my presents. Grandpa and Grandma got me balloons, party hats, noise makers, play doh, and the best present Thomas the Tank Engine and some more tracks. We made a huge track and I had lots of fun playing with it. We went out for dinner all together.

I was still sick so Grandpa Buck stayed home with me. We played train tracks and lots of other things. Grandpa Buck made a very yummy lunch and then it was time for them to drive home. I helped to load the car and then we gave and kisses.

Wednesday was my actual birthday and I woke up very geek about it. Daddy got me out of my room and then we were off to the gas station to buy my birthday breakfast doughnuts. After breakfast Mommy and I drove to Beaver Dam for my Doctor appointment. The Dr. said I was a healthy 3 year old! I just wanted to get to Coffee Break, because I am now old enough to go to Story hour with my friends. In story hour we made cards for the ladies of Coffee Break and flowers for our Mommy's. When we got home Mommy and Daddy let me open my presents. They gave me Wall-E, Eve, and a Doctor Kit. I was so excited for all of them. The Eve toy is my first remote control toy. The Dr. Kit is great because now I can take care of Daddy.

Then is was off Pizza Ranch for my birthday lunch. I ate great and I had fun playing the games and eating ice cream with a candle in it. The rest of the day was great as well. Uncle Chris called and so did my Grandpa and Grandma's along with my cousins. It was a really great day!
