Hanging out in my pool

This is mostly going to be a picture and video post of me playing in my pool. I hope you enjoy them. Having fun with my cup in the pool.
Kicking back with me cold milk, life doesn't get much better than this.
First you fill the cup with water, then
you pour the water into the watering can.
Swimming makes me tired.

New Jobs!

Mommy and Daddy both started new jobs today. Mommy's new job is watching me all day and making sure I am having fun and learning new things. Daddy is now the pastor of First CRC of Waupun, WI. Daddy worked in his office today wasn't to bother him.
Mommy and I started the day off on a great note. I found myself strapped in my jogger and off on a long walk to the park. We past Dodge Correctional Facility (the prison at the end of our street). Then we had to stop for a while, no Mommy was not tired yet, there was a train coming into town. Mommy and I waved at the conductors and then the train stopped, but only for a few minutes. Then is sped up and it was gone, and we were off again on our way to the park.
We had the whole park to ourselves. The swings were still wet from last nights rain but Mommy dried them off with her shirt. After a few brief moments in the swing I wanted down to go exploring. Taking off for the slide, I found the bottom wet and muddy. What better thing for a boy to do than play in a mud puddle, and guess what my Mommy let me. I played for long time them Mommy said it was time to head for home.
We took a different way back and walked down Main Street and Mommy counted six bars just on Main Street. At home I got a new outfit and then we loaded ourselves in the car and went to the grocery store. The prices were very high so Mommy didn't buy much. Then we came home made blueberry muffins and played until lunch, after lunch I fell asleep listening to my nap time stories. I think Mommy worked on the house while I was asleep.

When I woke up we went off to Fond du Lac to Walmart to buy food. Everyone at the store thought I should be up front greeting because I kept saying "HI". Tonight I got to meet some more new neighbors.

Getting Settled

Things here are calming down now. The main floor and upstairs are pretty much done, just pictures and accents need to be added. I love my playroom, and all the space on the main floor to run and fall down on. Mommy, Daddy, and I play chase and hide and seek. It is so much fun I SCREAM really LOUD when I find them and and they find me. Daddy still needs to get the saftey locks on the cupboards.

Daddy starts work tomorrow and Mommy and I start trying to find our routine together. We are all excited and nervous, okay maybe Daddy is the only nervous one. Yesterday, we went and found a park to play in. We played and played and boy did I pitch a fit when it was time to leave.

This morning we went to church and I got to play in the nursery and meet new friends. I didn't even cry at all. I played hard and didn't want to leave. Then I ran around the church asking all different people to pick me up. They all said I was the friendly and that I had really grown up since the last time they saw me.

Move In Day

Last night we arrived at Al and Renee's house about 6:00 Wisconsin time. We had bad traffic on our way up so it took a very long time. I wanted to get out of car so bad. When we arrived at Al's house I got to meet his two dogs. They licked me and I laughed. They served us up a wonderful supper and we then it was on to our new house.
Mommy was very excited to see the house and the colors were beautiful. The church also stocked us with lots of food. Mommy will not have to go shopping for a long time.
This morning the truck arrived and the guy unloaded it. They had everything in the house in under two and half hours. We were all very impressed. Mommy and Daddy have worked very hard to make the house a home in one day. So far most of the rooms are at least some what put together. Mommy will post pictures in a few days when everything is done.

Give us one more week then start signing up for trips to visit us here. We will be ready for you.

Love,

Moving Day is here!!

Today is moving day, the movers are here at the house with Mommy and Daddy. I got to spend the night at Grandpa and Grandma's house last night and I am spending the day playing with them.
Surprise the wave hit my toes and the water is a little cold for me. I like bath water much better.
This past weekend has been very busy, Friday night we went out to the beach with our small group. I had so much fun playing in the sand and letting the water get my toes. Then on Saturday, I played with Mommy and Daddy and when I woke up Grandpa and Grandma were at my house. We then all climbed in our car and went out to the beach again. We took pictures by Big Red. I really didn't want to play in the water it was cold.

On Sunday, we went to our church for the last time before the move. I watched my friend Levi get baptised. Then after that the church laid hands on our family and Levi's and prayed for us. After church we drove into Grand Rapids to visit with Grandma's family. We had a shower for Mommy's cousin who is getting married in a few weeks. At the shower I got to play with lots of Mommy's second cousins. After the shower we went back to Grandpa and Grandma's house to sleep and play.

Moving Date

We have a moving date!!!! YEAH!!!

The movers from Wisconsin will be here 8:00 Monday morning July 14. They will finish packing our stuff and then start loading the truck with all of our belongings. When they have finished we will be leaving. So that could me we move Monday and are in the new house that night or we move Tuesday. We are all excited to finally feel like things are moving forward. However, it is very hard to say good bye to all of our family and friends. Mommy is crying some times, I am doing my best to try and cheer her up.

Tonight we are going out to the beach with our small group from church. I can't wait to go and play in Lake Michigan for the first time. Last summer Mommy and Daddy put my feet in the water but I didn't want to keep them there.

Last night Mommy went out to visit her cousin Amy who had twins a few weeks ago. She has that they are beautiful. Mommy also got some encouraging news about Amy's IVF stuff. That made Mommy excited, maybe she and Daddy will think about going through it again and I could end up with a little brother, sister or both.

Today, we are going to hang around the house and keep packing things up and get the house ready for moving day. I help pack things, really I take the stuff Mommy has packed and throw it on the floor. It is such great fun, if want call my Mommy and come over and help me pack.

Waiting

Waiting is very hard work and it tires me out. I think that it is starting to bug Mommy and Daddy too. Today, Mommy went and ran a lot of errands. When she got home we played another round of head the big beach ball. This is one of my new favorite games. I started asking for lunch around 11:00 and Mommy finally gave in a little before 12. I got yummy spaghetti again. I love it so much, you can tell because I get it all over the place and I always ask for more. After lunch Mommy went outside and mowed the lawn. I ran from window to window looking at her and laughing. Then it was time a nap, Daddy put me down, I decided that I would make it easy on him. I slept for over and hour and a half. Mommy finished mowing and she washed the cars, Daddy repacked some of his books.

Now I am up and once again going through all the cupboards and pulling things out. Mommy loves it when I make messes in the kitchen. We had another moving company came through. We hope a decision is made soon so that we can move out. Also, I know Mommy and Daddy want the house to sell. For now we sit and wait and wait and wait. Tomorrow, I think we will go to the beach.

Hair Cut

My hair was getting pretty long and both Mommy and Daddy were tired of hearing people call me a girl. So on Thursday they brought me to a new place to get my hair cut. Everyone now says that I am much more little boy than a baby. Every few days I am saying new words. I can tell you what a doggies says and even a cow. I can also say the word door.
I think getting my hair cut is okay, it sure looks better than when Mommy tried to do it.
After going to get my hair cut we drove into Grandpa Buck's and Grandma Sara's for a baseball game. It was my first really baseball game. I saw the West Michigan Whitecaps play the Fort Wayne Wizards. The game was a double header because the night before we had really bad storms. The Whitecaps won the first game with a walk off hit in the bottom of the seventh. We left the second game around 10:00 and they were in the bottom of the fifth, the Whitecaps won that game with another walk off hit in the bottom of the twelfth inning.
I got to sleep over at Grandpa and Grandma's house that night we spent the 4th together. We had fun playing golf in their back yard and talking on the phone to Uncle Chris.
We are still waiting for official word on moving but we think it will be the week of July 14. I will let you know when it is for sure.
